Free Range Organically Grown Turkeys
All Eberly free range, organically grown turkeys receive only the best Certified organically grown grains, and fresh water. No poultry or fish protein supplements are added to their diet. They are allowed to grow to size naturally, and receive no growth hormones. The result is a naturally superior turkey with more abundant flavor than birds raised in Turkey "factories," greater meatiness and tenderness.

Hens
Our 14 to 20 week hen turkeys weigh from 8 to 22 lbs. and are available fresh year around. We deliver them individually packaged or packed on ice. Each case contains 3 to 5 turkeys, depending on size.

Toms
We let our tom turkeys grow for 16 to 24 weeks for full meatiness filled with savory and succulent goodness. They weigh from 22 to 34 lbs. when prepared for market. We pack them 2 to 3 birds per case. They may be ordered either individually packaged or on ice.

Eberly quality poultry are country-smoked at a local Pennsylvania Dutch Smokehouse. Known for their light hickory-smoked flavor, our products provide a unique treat and change-of-pace for family and guests that delights and makes any meal a special occasion.

Smoked turkeys and chicken breasts are a standard Eberly fare normally available year around. Any poultry products can be smoked upon a 2-week advance request.

SMOKED WHOLE TURKEYS
Our smoked turkeys average 10-12 lbs. Larger turkeys are available by special order 2-weeks in advance of delivery.

SMOKED TURKEY HAM
Eberly's smoked turkey hams are made from pressed, natural, skinless, deboned turkey thigh meat. Each ham weighs 6-8 lbs. and is individually wrapped.

SMOKED CHICKEN BREASTS
Succulent smoked chicken breasts provide a great taste treat for chicken lovers who want a low-fat at. Fully cooked, they may be conveniently eaten as is or warmed. Our smoked chicken breasts average 16 oz. each.
